AutoTurn / ATIO

Stop buying supercars. Start rotating.

The short version of the operating story: what AutoTurn is, the framework around it, where it goes, and why this conversation is about operational input rather than funding.

Who is behind this

AutoTurn was built by one person. Finance and real-estate background, BBA at Baylor, May 2026. The site you are on — nine pages — was designed, built, and deployed by him.

02

What this is

AutoTurn is a car platform where you share your car and expand the reach of what you have with what you can. Members bring their own exotic and trade driving access with each other. Not a rental. Not a raffle. The matching engine is Top Trading Cycles, the algorithm behind the U.S. national kidney exchange: everyone holds something others want, nobody can simply buy it, so the system finds closed loops of swaps that all execute at once. Three properties are provable, not marketing. It is strategy-proof, so a member can never do better by misstating what they want. It is Pareto efficient, so when the engine returns a match, no reshuffle makes anyone better off without making someone else worse off. And it respects endowments, so no one is pushed into a trade worse than keeping their own car. Loops are capped at four members on purpose — every real exchange bounds cycle length, because a long chain collapses if one member drops out.

The operating framework

ATIO means AutoTurn Intelligence Operations. It is the framework around the product: six pillars — Operations, Intelligence, Customer, Sales, Marketing, Deals — radiating from the core idea, with knowledge maturing outward from raw to compiled to finalized. It is sequenced deliberately. Operations, Intelligence, and Marketing are the build-it phase. Deals, Sales, and Customer are the run-it phase, and they stay parked until the foundation is live.

04

Where it goes

From a site to an exchange: every step of a member’s first trade exists on paper — intake, tier placement, plan, request, match, handoff, inspection — and turning that into one operating loop that survives real people is the next step. From queries to an asset: Market Intelligence answers each question fresh and forgets it, so persisting structured pricing records turns a feature into a compounding data asset, and pricing data is what tiering, insurance, and every deal conversation eventually run on. And the framework generalizes — ATIO is a way to run a business, and AutoTurn is the first thing pointed at it, not the last.

The ask

I am not raising money. I am asking for an operator’s read on how to run this. There are no members, no trades, and no revenue yet — the site is live, the operation is not. The open problems are specific: assembling the member journey into one operating map, designing what happens when one member of a trade loop does not show, deciding whether AutoTurn holds cars between trades or members hand off directly, and establishing the utilization and break-even numbers a business needs before Sales turns on. What I want to leave with is one of those answered well enough to act on.
